- Issuance of IBAN accounts or virtual payment accounts

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
About Ventus
Ventus is an online electronic money and payment platform that provides access to account and payment services through licensed financial partners (“Partner Institutions”).
Ventus itself is not a bank or an electronic money institution, but operates under partnership agreements with regulated financial institutions that hold the relevant authorizations and licenses.
Availability of services may vary by country, partner, or regulatory requirement.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
Account Opening & Verification
All users must complete identity verification (KYC) and comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations as required by our partner institutions.
Ventus may request additional documentation or restrict services until verification is complete.
Fees & Limits
Fees, limits, and exchange rates are provided within the app or on the website and may change from time to time. By using the service, you accept any applicable fees or limits displayed at the time of transaction.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Ventus for any unlawful or restricted activities, including (but not limited to):
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive activities
- Adult content, gambling, or high-risk industries without approval
Liability & Disclaimers
Ventus acts as a technical service provider connecting users with licensed partners. We do not hold customer funds directly and are not responsible for the safeguarding, insurance, or regulatory protection of funds—this responsibility lies with the licensed partner institution providing your e-money account.
Ventus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms or at the request of a regulatory authority.
Ventus is not liable for:
- Delays, errors, or failures caused by partner institutions or external providers
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Unauthorized access resulting from your negligence, such as sharing login credentials
Data Protection
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, in line with applicable data protection regulations.
We only collect and share data required to operate your account, verify identity, and fulfill regulatory obligations.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (or the jurisdiction of the holding company operating Ventus). Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
